There are two severe regurgitation holes and a bundle of moderate shunt holes in the mitral valve. The regurgitation score is 13, which belongs to severe mitral regurgitation; LA / AO = 2.72, VC = 2.84 * 3.4 mm & 6.66 mm at severe reflux hole;

Postoperative feedback
Transthoracic ultrasound evaluation 10 days after operation:
The reflux score was 10, belonging to medium mitral regurgitation; LA / AO = 2.47, decreased by 0.25 and changed by 10.1%; Lvidd decreased by 4 mm and changed by 9.828%; No sign of mitral stenosis was found. The heart shrinks rapidly in a short time.
